Booking and websites for hospitality
Hotels, campsites and holiday homes don't need the same thing. We look at how you actually run the place, choose the setup that fits, move everything over from the old system and hand it over ready to use. It also works if you still use a paper book — we add an invisible assistant that handles evening and weekend enquiries without removing what already works.
Different places need different setups. We don't push everyone into the same template — we build around how you run things.
Room types, seasonal rates, group and corporate bookings, breakfast and extras, channel connections.
Pitches, cabins, electricity and season contracts. A map of the site and a clear overview in high season.
Weekly stays, cleaning and changeovers, deposits, and arrival details that go out on their own.
Several properties in one overview, a shared look online, but separate prices and rules per place.
You don't need to learn the systems. We do the work and you get it finished. The result is more direct bookings without commission to Booking.com and Airbnb, and less manual work — guests book, pay and receive their information automatically. We don't take away your book: we add a button that catches the enquiries you would otherwise miss.
We pick and set up the booking engine that suits the property, with rates, rules and seasons in place.
A site with your photos, your words and the booking in one place, built for phones and for search.
Payments, deposits and receipts configured and tested before you go live.
Connected to the channels you already use, so the calendar stays in step.
Exporting guests, bookings, rates and history from the old system and importing them into the new one — then checking the numbers match.
A walkthrough with the people using it every day, and a short guide they can look things up in.
Three steps. You know what happens, when, and what it costs before we start.
We have a meeting about the job. We go through how you run things today, what works and what is awkward. If you want to keep some parts manual, that is fine. Then you get the price for this particular job.
We set up the solution, build the site and move everything from the old system. You keep running the place as normal while we work.
You go through the result. Anything you want changed, we change. Then it is delivered — ready to start using the same day.

We are a Sirvoy partner and know the system well. If you use Sirvoy, or are considering it, we set up everything: room types, rates, channels, payments and the move from what you have today.

A campsite with 40 pitches and 6 cabins. Bookings by phone and email, a paper calendar at reception.
Sirvoy with a site map, a new website with booking, Vipps payments and syncing with Booking.com.
Everything moved over, rates and seasons loaded, reception trained — ready to use on handover day.

Moving the data is the part people dread most. That is the part we handle from end to end.
"I got great help with a new website and beautiful photos. Sognefjordcabins ranks high on Google, and my cabins are well booked. When I need help, they reply right away."

We don't have one product we sell to everyone. We work with different solutions and put together what fits your place, your size and your season. What that turns out to be is decided after the meeting — not before.
If you want us in your corner after handover, you can sign up for a fixed support arrangement. The price is agreed in the meeting, like everything else.
What people most often ask before getting in touch.
They are moved into the new system. We export everything from the old one, import it into the new one and check that it matches before you go live.
Most jobs take 2–6 weeks from meeting to handover, depending on size. You get a timeline together with the price.
Not necessarily. If you are happy with your booking system, we can build the website and payments around it. Our recommendation comes in the meeting.
It depends on the job. You get a fixed price in the meeting, before anything is started — no surprises along the way.
Yes. We work in parallel with your operations and don't go live until everything has been tested and approved by you.
Yes. We deliver with a walkthrough and a short guide. If you want ongoing help, there is an optional support arrangement.
No. Many of our customers keep parts of their manual routine, such as drop-ins and touring pitches. We put the booking button where it makes most sense, for example on cabins or fixed units.
Quite the opposite. When guests can check availability and book by themselves in the evening, your phone stops interrupting dinner or your rounds on the site. You get fewer repetitive questions and more time for the guests who are actually there.
Then we start small. We can set the button up for one unit or one category, and you can try it for a period. If you do not notice it saves time or brings more bookings, we turn it off.
Call us, even if you still use a paper book and are wondering if this is for you. We answer as quickly as we can — usually within a few minutes during working hours.
